The Bar and Grill Company — Restaurant in Yucaipa

The place seemed Ok for a short while. But even after coming for a bit and leaving nice tips, they don't have your back. This customer, who they must of liked more, started calling me names, and insulting me, then gets out of his seat and comes over to what seemed like 5 inches from my face. yelling insults and calling me names. I put my arm out to protect my face. The guy slaps my arm and when the bartender, Kyle, notices, I'm the one who is kicked out. I'm almost 70 with hip surgery, back problems, also a bad leg. In other words, I am a senior citizen and not a fighter, nor should I be expected to be fighting anyone. I will definitely not be going back. The guy was still calling me names, almost yelling, and trying to provoke me as I left and Kyle ignored him. I now assume that you should probably remember to bring your boxing gloves to relax and have a beer at this place. Do yourself a favor if you are old and come alone... Go...

Worst experience I’ve had. The bartender Brooke was disrespectful and rude, she couldn’t even remember what we ordered she had to ask us 3 times to get it right then couldn’t find my card when I wanted to close out.(if you can’t do your job then you shouldn’t be there first of all) I have never been treated this horrible, the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I brought friends of mine to have a drink and a good time, and she was rude as soon as we walked in. There was also several others in the bar complaining about her attitude and the way she was treating customers. As long as she works there my friends and I will be spending our money elsewhere. SEE UPDATE Went last night to watch supercross and some fella, which is apparently a regular, came in drunk, ordered a drink then started to horseplay with another patron. He then knocked over a table with a bunch of peoples food and drinks which fell to the floor. After he realized what he did he spiked his glass on the floor which sprayed a piece of glass into my cheek. Never... ever...ever...again.

Update: All right I went back. Great band, great atmosphere great prices. Things change. Everybody was fun and we all had a great time. Much better environment from last time. Changing my...
