This place is amazing!!!!! I just recently had a friend switch from smoking cigarettes to only vaping now and I brought her in here. We told Albert what we were looking for that would fit the needs for my friend, and he was super helpful and knowledgeable about all of the vapes and showed us several different ones and set ups. He was friendly and professional and by the time we left, we were all laughing and joking around and my friend got a whole set up and it was a deal of the month so even better!!! I've gone in by myself before several times and I have never personally made my own ejuice and was a little nervous until Steven gave me the courage to actually go ahead and try it. It actually wasn't half bad! Plus, any time I need a new juice but I have no idea what I want, he gave me a whole list of ejuices that he thought I might like and lets me test them then and there. I'm pretty picky on what I vape but Steven has always been patient with me and very helpful to help me find that perfect ejuice I'm looking for but still keeps the atmosphere light with jokes and laughs. From the excellent customer service and merchandise to the corny jokes, this is hands down one of the best vape shops I have ever been to, and they make you feel like family and the prices are amazing too!! I've frequented a number of vape shops, got close with and worked with a few of their owners, but when it comes to price and quality of their in house products, Red Star is in a league of their own. Generally when I purchase a house juice elsewhere, I'm having to settle due to a lack of funds or them not having what I want in stock. When I come to Red Star, however, it's for specifically for their house products. The Sour Grinch is a favorite of mine, and for flavor and consistency, it beats out just about everything else i've tried... If i were to ask anything more of them, it might be to attempt to create something comparable to the now out of business Modder's Choice "Beast Mode"... It's a crisp green apple (similar to what I find in your Sour Grinch), a touch of kiwi to give it a little more tang, and a little bit of menthol. I've been chasing that flavor...

Ok guys I've been writing reviews for Google for years now and I got to tell you, my experience here as far as customer service and customer appreciation goes was top notch. Unlike a lot of other vape shops that i have visited where they have shady characters working behind the counter just waiting to tell you that whatever juice you'll pick is the best one they have ever tried. I found that these guys were very knowledgeable about there products, very friendly and professional. If you are new to vaping I highly recommend coming to this shop first. These guys will ask you all the right questions and get you set up with the best equipment to fit your needs. Hands down 5 stars...
