I was visiting my family from Florida and when I checked online for places to eat, it was not a lot of places that served pizza here in Yuma and that were open on a Sunday. We decided to go here and I regret it. It was the worst pizza that I have eaten in my whole life. Also, the customer service and staff were awful. I need to mention that the man that was the person that saw us entering the place ignored us to the point that my little grandson said hi to him twice and he didn’t have the decency to respond his greeting at all. Thank God that we ordered a medium pizza because when we saw the pizza it had the cheese burnt and the garlic bread that we ordered was burnt too. We didn’t finish the pizza because the sauce flavor tasted weird. We are not recommending this place at all!! I think that buying a frozen pizza from Walmart and bake it at home is going to taste better than the pizza that this...
Read moreHorrible service!! We went there with some friends for dinner. We ordered at the same time. Our friends ordered chicken wings and a pizza and we ordered garlic bread and a pizza. Our friends order came out and our garlic bread and the waitress said that our pizza would be out shortly. We waited for over 30 minutes and still no pizza. My boyfriend went up to the counter to inquire about our pizza. He was told that there was no pizza currently in the oven. The manager wasn't even apologetic about it. Since we waited over an hour with no food we decided to cancel our order. My refund was minus $5.00 for the sodas that we had. Really!! They offered to let us take the pizza home and I was so disgusted by the whole experience that I declined!! They certainly need a lesson in customer service! We will never go back there again and will never...
Read moreUpon arrival there was 1 other guy sitting and eating (230ish), I mention this because when my husband and I went to order at the counter the guy taking our order seemed completely annoyed with everything we said and we were perfectly pleasant and polite. He reacted like we were wasting his time and maybe muttered 10 words total, and that was because we had questions, as, we had never been here before and we won't be going back. Pepperoni pizza was nothing I would ever be like "I gotta have village inn"...and there are definitely other pizza places where we both say that. Salad bar was sub-par and very limited in selections. Not worth it for the price and the treatment. Atmosphere was dark and cozy though, reminded me of a favorite pizza hole of ours in another state. Had arcade games and a few things for the kids to play around with while you wait...
