Yuma Pho — Restaurant in Yuma

Yeah all I can say is if you haven't tried the beef stew you it's a MUST. It is a hot or miss when it comes to it, sometimes they have it, sometimes it ran out and then there's times that it's too thick or just right. I did 4 ⭐️ because of some food experiences that I came across, for example the Egg Rolls, they can still be frozen like mine was, even after they took it back and brought it back, it was still cold in the middle but they was nice enough to take it off our bill. I would say that when they give you side options to put in your broth it's not enough, my husband and I have to almost always ask for more given that one side is good for one bowl size but if it's 2 of us we need our own sides. Someone like me who like to eat in peace, the one or two flys that come in can be irritating at times but overall it's a really nice place to go and eat. I hate that they close so early I would think that 9pm would be a good time but hey you get what you get and you don't throw a fit 🤭 the prices did go up $2 which is a bit much but the food is overall really good, definitely...

I went into Yuma Pho and ordered their Pho and Spring rolls. The waitress brought out the plate with bean sprouts. As I was waiting I went to eat a bean sprout and noticed it was soft and bendable and not crisp and fresh. I asked the waitress for new bean sprouts since these were wilted. I showed the waitress how they bent and didn't snap. The waitress told me that exchanging the plate wouldn't help because all the produce in the back was the same way. Shocked, I asked if she was positive they didn't have any fresh produce. Again, the waitress confirmed there was no fresh produce but she told me in the pho it would probably taste ok. We came here around lunch time and it was a bit quiet. The restaurant is very spacious and the waitress let us pick any table we wanted. Service was good and waitress was attentive, but the food was so so. We ordered the Macaroni with Beef and the Vermicelli with Grilled Pork. As a Vietnamese person, the Vermicelli dish didn’t meet my expectation, i didnt expect it to be authentic but it was not even closed at all, and the meat was very salty.
