I made a trip up this morning to purchase parts for my Large Green Egg. Good selection and they had everything I needed.

While there, I also purchased a Traeger Pro 780. Unfortunately, the wrong grill was loaded on my truck. I made it home and called, and they were already aware of their mistake.

I returned the grill I was sent home with, and the management and employees met me out back with the correct grill.

The young man who loaded my truck the first time was back on the forklift again to load my truck with the correct grill.

The store manager said he had been beating himself up for the mistake he made.

Once the correct grill was loaded, he hopped off the lift and apologized for his mistake with an apology and a handshake.

Thank you to this young man and thank you to this young man's parents for raising such an outstanding man.

My little boy was with me both times. He noticed the young man's actions, and I appreciate the great example he set.

My husband was ignored no one offered help. He asked an employee where a certain department was, he did indeed tell him where it was but continued to sit in his chair.
