The food is WAY over priced for the portions and the taste. It is the closet Chinese restaurant but that will not be the reason I return. The lady in the front says she does not speak English very well and does not understand things but that is no excuse for a business owner that has been at this location for many years. If I had a business in a foreign country I would learn the language and culture but they do not. I hate calling in orders and I asked if there is a way to order online. She gave my a paper menu that has a website address on it to order online. Of course I lost it but on the Google listing I was able to find this link and placed an order that cannot be paid for until you get to the store. When I get to the store she told me there is a $1.00 surcharge for placing an online order. I asked why and she said call in your order next time. I told her I am a very busy business owner and don't want to take the time and the communication problem with language issue and that is why I want order online. This local Chinese restaurant is very good. We have never had an issue with the quality of food or customer service. However, this has not been the first time that we have received " skimpy " portions. Especially if ordering a small order or combination order. I find them filling the bowl with rice or noodles and skimping on the actual meal itself. It's very obvious and we all know rice and pasta are a much cheaper cost. They have raised their prices over the years which we haven't minded paying as the food is excellent. But this practice of skimping on locals will not go over well and makes us reconsider where we should be spending our hard earned money. Pretty good spot for a quick bite. The buffet is well stocked with lots of Asian cuisine mixed in with some favorites like spaghetti and chicken wings. Even a few simple sushi rolls. The Large open dining rooms are clean and spacious. It makes for easy flow around the buffet and tables. The crew is nice and overly helpful but lack good training, especially with their timing.... I give it three stars because the food isn't extraordinary (as most Asian buffets go these days), and great service is still very hard to find.
