Anytime Fitness — Local services in Zephyrhills

Customer service is non existent at this location (ZEPHYRHILLS) I showed up between the staffed hours and the door was locked. I went back to my car to look up the phone number to call the gym. Someone picked up the phone and informed me that he was ready to leave so I would have to come back next week. I proceeded to tell him my experience at the other location (Wesley Chapel off of 54) that has the incorrect hours on their voicemail and when I showed up, the hours on their door were different. His reply was, “ oh that sucks, but I’ve already turned off the computer and I’m ready to leave.” So now I have wasted 2 trips.

So now I’m confused on what the staffed hours actually mean. If I show up during those times, I expect to be assisted. If you tell your employees to stop accepting customer at 12:45pm, then have the hours posted and advertised to reflect the time you actually want to assist the customers who pay your bills and keep you in business.

Would give 0 stars if possible. I called to cancel my membership in October, was told it will cancel in January. I called in December to follow up to ensure the membership will not auto renew, they said no problem! My card was still charged for January. I called again and was told the manager will refund me for January (which I have never received) but I am still being charged and will be hit later this month for a $40 cancelation fee. Not once did the manager call me to resolve this issue. The lady on the phone was pretty much telling me her system messed up so I need to pay the cancelation for Feb instead of Jan. This gym is way overpriced. The equipment is old and doesn’t look like it gets cleaned. Staff never seems to be available or helpful in anyway and has the worst communication with...

The gym is ok. Mostly older equipment. No hip thrust machine :(

Edit: Forget the hip thrust machine, can yall atleast turn on the ac? It's like a sweat box here in the day time. Theres only 3 fans and only 2 are plugged. Yall just took the yearly "gym improvement" fee.. let's see the improvement.

2nd Edit: REALLY? Yall got rid of the hip abduction machine for one that only has 140lbs on the stack? Im at 210lbs so this is a joke. And still NO hip thrust equipment.. a regular bench does not work for everyone. Yall could had gotten a $500 hip thruster bench from Bret Contreras. Very disappointed and will be moving us to another gym. Or I can purchase it and yall just not charge me my membership until the $500 is paid off and yall can even keep it.
