Every time I go to this subway, I want to leave halfway through the line. Idk how the owner of this subway manages to continuously hire the most unfriendly workers. Also quite a bit of incompetence from the people who work here. Probably a product of the constant turnover. Today, there was a line out the door because what seemed like a new guy was just taking way too long to do veggies and checkout. The more experienced worker didn't help though, she prioritized putting more sandwiches in the oven while 3 sandwiches were already getting cold waiting for veggies. Needless to say, my sandwich was completely cold by the time I got home, where normally it stays hot through the entire meal. I leave here with positivity about 1 in every 10 times I come, which coincides with the rate at which someone who works here...
Read moreI normally don't do follow up ratings on a restaurant I have already reviewed, but this Subway has a great team working behind the counter. My first review of this subway was great. To my surprise they have not only maintained a great service, but have gotten even better. I stopped in today after a couple of months of not going for lunch. To my surprise i was still remembered, and my order was the best I had in a few months. Just as before, the place is clean, well organized, and the veggies and bread are always fresh. It's well worth the visit to this subway, oh and let me not forget the staff, they have always been very cheerful, polite, and they attention to your wants. So I go there and say I'm picking up and there are several people in line, (no problem, I can wait, even though it's past the time it says it's due but that's the onlines problem not the in house) so she said it'll be a few minuets. I tell her I'll wait at this tabel and when it's done to call for me. I wait another 15-20 minuets (now 30 minuets past due) to realize my subs were made and set on a shelf. I asked for a manager she said she was the manager so I left and didn't take my drink that I paid for. Subway as a whole needs to better themselves, the manager was bad, the online is bad, the customer service email they give was bad.
