I’m never one to write a review, especially a bad one, but I’m pretty disappointed with the work I had done here. Pros are they’re pretty friendly, clean, and responsive but that’s about it for me. I researched extensively for tattoo shops in Hanoi, Danang, and Hoi An for my first tattoo(s), Not Pop gave me the cheapest price quote and their work online seemed quite good so I decided to go with them. I had brought in two ready to go designs, small and pretty simple. One being a signature with a plain heart outline and the other a small shaded dagger. Anna (I believe was her name) was the one to tattoo me, maybe she was having an off day, I really don’t know, but what I left with looks nothing like any of their work posted online, and I’m quite certain there’s a reason why my tattoos didn’t get posted, either. I understand that one should embrace a bit of imperfection with a tattoo, and had there been only one issue I wouldn’t be too upset. Not only is almost every letter of the signature blown out, the lines are wonky as hell too, even on the super simple heart outline. The dagger is blown out in spots and has wonky/crooked lines as well, also the shading is almost completely nonexistent on half and totally shaded in on the other half. I’m left pretty substantially disappointed but also embarrassed to show anyone, I avoid looking at them as much as possible which is a shame because the one (that came out worse) really meant a lot to me and was very important. I’m sure I’ll either have to pay double (each!) to have someone fix them (if it’s even possible) or likely just get them removed entirely.

Wow!! What a rude business owner. I found this place on Airbnb since they offer graffiti experience and thought it would be good experience. Then this owner seems to come off extra rude and has attitude of 'wasting time' when he is doing the same thing to customer. I booked the experience for next day since airbnb calendar had availability next day and usually hosts are extremely accommodating for versatile situation. I'm pretty open for change too. In the beginning owner apologized and requested to change dates and I can't do it due to my itinerary. I requested a cancellation on his end since this had non refundable policy and customer can't cancel on our end. He kept asking me to cancel and I asked is there reason why he can't do it on his end since most of my airbnb experiences could be cancelled on host end with less hassle for customer due to refund policy. Then he replied to me "Now I have to waste more time talking to you and doing stuff for you". Apparently if you don't msg him first, talk to him for availability, then book so host don't have to have a headache for "canceling" and wasting time of the business owner you will face some rude hissy reply. I tried many airbnb experiences but I never had host so oppose to cancel experience on their end and had to be told I'm wasting their time. Lol at the end he cancelled it for me & since it's non refundable customer do not have any cancell button on their app. If it was going to be cancelled by host anyways what is the point of sending rude msg of wasting his time???

에어비앤비에 그래피티 체험있길래 예약했더니 사장이 싸가지가 바가지네요 ㅋㅋ 담날 1인은 체험 불가라면서 날짜바꿔준다길래 여행일정때문에 안된다니까 캔슬하라길래 에어비앤비 환불 규정상 환불불가라 제가 캔슬이안되니까 호스트측에서 해달라니까 계속 저보고 하래서 그렇게 할수있는버튼도 없고 그렇게 하면 내가 환불불가 체험취소라 독박쓸거같아서 호스트쯕에사 못해주는 이유가 있냐니까 저보고 시간낭비하고 말시키고 이거저거 해줘야한다고 에어비앤비 메시지로 짜증내는 메세지보내면서 캔슬시켰네요. 애초에 호스트가 못하면 캔슬해주는게 당연한건데 이걸 본인 시간낭비한다고 메세지 보내면서 캔슬해주는건 무슨 심보인지..?? 그러면서 본인한테 연락주고 예약을해야지 빼액거리는데 1인예약이안되면 1인 예약 안되게 막아두던지 손님이없으면 그날은 예약 문을 닫아두던지요~

여기 타투샵도 같이하는거같은데 사장마인드가 돈주는 손님한테도 싸가지없게대하고 캔슬한다그럼 더더욱 손님아니니 막하려는 태도가 있는거같은데 엥간하면 안갈듯요 오랜만에 에어비앤비 체험 호스트들중에 이렇게 불친절하고 싸가지없는 사람 오랜만이라 리뷰남깁니다.ㅋㅋ

에어비앤비 체험 보고 해볼까 하시는분들은 굳이 친절한 호스트들도 많은데 이렇게 싸가지없는 외국인이 베트남에서 장사하는데서...

Just had my first surfing lesson ever with Rob at An Bang Beach in Hoi An. I am totally spent, but it was a great experience. Rob is an incredibly patient and motivating teacher. He explains things really well. He differentiates for different learners, depending on their physical fitness and agility. I would recommend surf lessons with Rob for people of all different levels without any reservations. Besides being a great teacher, Rob is also just a very nice person. I've been coming to An Bang beach for years and taking surf lessons with Rob certainly adds another positive dimension to this already...
