Co.opmart Cong Quynh Supermarket is a standout shopping destination in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, offering a wide array of products and a delightful shopping experience. As a frequent visitor, I have consistently been impressed by the supermarket's overall ambiance, product variety, and customer service.
The supermarket is conveniently located, making it easily accessible to both locals and tourists alike. Its spacious layout and well-organized sections create a hassle-free shopping experience. Navigating through the aisles is straightforward, and the shelves are stocked neatly, making it effortless to find the items I need.
One of the highlights of Co.opmart Cong Quynh is its extensive selection of products. From fresh produce to household essentials, electronics, clothing, and more, they have something for everyone. The quality of their products is generally high, and I have always been satisfied with the freshness of their fruits, vegetables, and meat.
Moreover, the supermarket often offers attractive promotions and discounts, providing great value for money. The staff members are friendly, attentive, and readily available to assist with any queries or help find specific items, making the shopping experience even more enjoyable.
The checkout process is efficient, and queues are typically well-managed, ensuring minimal waiting time during busy hours. Additionally, they accept various payment methods, including cash and cards, which adds to the convenience.
While the supermarket is usually busy, it maintains a clean and hygienic environment throughout. The cleaning staff consistently keeps the premises tidy and sanitized, ensuring a pleasant shopping atmosphere.
However, one aspect that could be improved is the availability of more international or specialty products to cater to diverse customer needs. Nevertheless, Co.opmart Cong Quynh Supermarket remains an excellent choice for everyday shopping and provides a wide range of products to meet most requirements.
Overall, I highly recommend Co.opmart Cong Quynh Supermarket to anyone looking for a comprehensive shopping experience with quality products, friendly service, and convenient location in Ho...

Three times. Three spirals into the same fluorescent-lit scene — aisles lined not just with goods, but with eyes. Each time, a quiet entering, a melanated body, simply seeking nourishment. But the moment the threshold crossed, the shift began.
in sound, in scent. In stare. and in subtle movements behind the shelves.
The first time — brushed it off, first time seeing, can excuse. The second — marked it. A pattern beginning to hum. But the third, the third… carved it into certainty.
Trailed. Not with grace, not with respect. Watched, like a threat in flesh. A young Vietnamese girl and guy — barely hiding the chase — turned back when caught in their own theatre. Eyes darted and movements only in response to mine.
This was not care. This was not protection. This was BIas/prejudice dressed in polyester vests and name tags.
No confrontation. No words. Just the undercurrent — That sense, that ancient drum in the bones: You are not welcome. You are being misread.
Three visits. Three confirmations. Co.op Mart, with its bright signage and glossy fruit, Is not safe ground for melanin.
And so the this Brown body will not return. Because the Brown spirit deserves better than suspicion. Because this Brown dignity does not negotiate.

Read moreLate on a Sunday afternoon I went to do some shopping at the CoopMart on Cong Quynh. I left my backpack with security at the bag-keeping area, but took out my tablet, wallet and keys. After shopping, I got my backpack but in advertently left my tablet at the security counter.
I didn’t realize this until the next morning. I contacted them, giving full details, including the checkout, counter number, and receipt number on my receipt. Security confirmed that they had it and I was able to get it back with no problem.
They have a very clear procedure when they find an item that a customer has dropped or forgotten. They fill out a detailed form, and to reclaim the item you need to produce ID and evidence that the item belongs to you.
A big shout out to the security guard working that shift (Trần Hoài Bảo)!!!!
This CoopMart has been there for a long time; I’ve been a customer there for more than 15 years and it is well-managed. They have done renovations and try to maximize the space both within the store and in the...
