Genuss Serviced Apartment — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

Genuss apartment block is a wonderful piece of heaven. The pool is perfect and never crowded. The gym is spotless and has very high quality equipment. The studio apartment I had on the top floor was just a great place to live. The neighbourhood is friendly and busy enough but without it being noisy The place for pho beside the block is delicious. The best part of here is also the staff. Nothing is too much trouble. They respond quickly to anything you need - whether it’s delivery of a water bottle or to check if you left your window open when it rains. The guys in the car park are friendly The cleaning staff are a joy and always genuine. Tami and anh and all of her staff made my wonderful year in Vietnam so easy and I always looked forward to coming back to my apartment knowing it was secure and private - but still accessible to anyone if you needed them. I have no reservation recommending Genuss. And I would choose it over and above any of those so called high price tall and soulless buildings. This place has charm warmth and professionalism. I stay here for almost two years. In the twelve years I have been in Vietnam I can honestly say, Genuss is the best place I have ever stayed. Everyone is very welcoming and warm. From the Administration to the housekeeping staff, they are all very helpful and professional. The apartments are nice. There is a pool and gym that are more than adequate. It is situated in a nice quiet cul de sac that makes it quiet most often. Lots of amenities close by. All problems are solved very quickly and efficiently.

If you are looking for an apartment where you will be safe and treated like family; look no further. Everyone at Genuss is kind hearted and truly there for you. Ms. Tammy and Ms. Kim are amazing and there for you whenever you need. There is a rooftop pool, gym, private gym, garage for your motorbike and it’s close to many shops and stores.
