Phở Bò Nhà GaRi — Restaurant in Nha Trang City

What is the most important factor for me to leave a good review for a restaurant is hygiene. This place is on top of places in terms of it. I read a couple of bad reviews for this place which were regarding the meat broth. I am not a master of Phở Bò and to be frank I did not have Phở Bò but Beef Stew. However, especially in Vietnam, where the cooking or cleaning conditions at the restaurants are not well inspected by the government, the hygiene matter is not reviewed enough in my opinion. Therefore, I wanted to leave a review for this place not about the food they serve but the details and cleanliness of the place.

For details, I refer to the common things that are served with the main dish in Phở Bò restaurants in Vietnam. Most of the places would have small baskets on the tables in which you find chili sauce, hoisin sauce, lime wedges, etc, and in most places, these items would stay on the table throughout the whole day without being cleaned. Just imagine how many times these items are touched by different people before you hold them. This is the case even in the most famous Pho Bo restaurant of Nha Trang Phở Hạnh Phúc (https://maps.app.goo.gl/9b4odhxbTvo6yuHe9). However, in this restaurant, it was not the case. Each item is put on the table whenever a guest sits on it. Everything is clean. The plastic sauce bottles, small plates with pickled onions, fresh green onions, herbs, chili sauce, and fresh bread. All neat. A perfect presentation. You can enjoy the food now. The food: I had beef stew which is difficult to find in Nha Tran. I sometimes crave it and have difficulties finding a place to have it. Sincerely, it could be better. Maybe just a little more beef and instead of french fries boiled potatoes would make it look and taste richer and tastier. French fries in a beef stew which costs 100k sounds cheap. And maybe a bit more carrot and onion.

I absolutely loved this place! From the service to the food, everything was very comfortable and well put together.

Food - For the pho, the broth went along well with the spices and condiments given. The person there helped us in showing how to properly place them and so and so. Service - The service in this place was one of the best that I have seen in my ENTIRE life. Not only was the person patient with people with language barriers but they also helped us with many different processes while we were dining. Additionally, they brought us additional stuff such as a hair tie, to make sure that your hair wouldn't get in the way of your food and as well as this, they brought us some milk candy for the spiciness of the chilli paste. I have much more to say about the service, but this is getting long :) Atmosphere - The atmosphere in the restaurant was cool, but quite comfortable creating a nice space to relax while enjoying the pho. The murals also add a nice touch. To list one more thing about this place is that they have such a cute dog.
