We accidentally ate here tonight and loved it! We set out to eat at a close restaurant that we’ve eaten several times at but when we arrived there was a 30+ minute wait so we looked on the google maps and very close is this restaurant.
It has a 4.9 google rating so we decided to try it. We were seated quickly and the restaurant was about half full.
The decorations and decor is very nicely done and all the table settings are cute. The chairs are comfortable and the menus are readable and also in English.
We ordered our food and it came out within 10-15 minutes with a nice presentation. I ordered a beef noodle dish and my husband ordered a seafood noodle dish. We both loved our mains and his seafood dish clams, shrimp, squid and octopus and there was quite a bit of the seafood. My beef dish also had quite a bit of beef and the veg was fantastic. We ordered fried spring rolls as an appetizer and they were wrapped the Hoi A way and were delicious.
The bill came to around US$18, including a beer and soda. I would definitely return to this restaurant and I also highly...
Read moreHad some yummy food here. They don't have a big menu, but there are some good dishes to try. The fried mini shrimp with lime leaves were great! Garlicky, crunchy, the lime leaves were alsy tasty and crunchy. The peanus and chives oysters were good, but a bit too oily for me liking. It came with a great green sauce though! The mie quan looked good (didn't taste, as it's not for me) and my partner really likes it. It came with herbs on the side. And the bun cha combo was nice. The meatballs were good, the shrimp rolls were crunchy. The sauce was good. The stir fry morning glory was just what you'd expect it to be, crunchy, savory and garlicky.
The ambiance is not super nice. Bright lights, lots of tables and diners. It feels a bit like a canteen. People rush in to eat and rush out when they're done. Friendly staff though. I would still recomment for...
Read moreI came here to eat lunch with my kids and I ordered the best sellers menu and was so disappointed. The pork was raw and the rice that came with it was so dry. The pork that was raw was also really hard to chew and the rice paper had this smell that was really bad. I have lived in Vietnam for 10 years so I can say that it wasn’t a normal smell. The food here was also not cheap. It was very expensive and I had to eat the rest of it because of the money we spent on this food. There was a restaurant next door as well where a lot of people were lining up. We came because we didn’t want to wait in line. I suggest you don’t do the same. There were also a lot of food left over from multiple tables. This was a very...
