Lusaka City Council — Local services in Lusaka Province

The services at the council are lackluster which calls for lots of improvements in all departments. Even though they have gone digital with their systems it has proved to be a disaster. Imagine I couldn't get a receipt after making payment cause the system was down. Not only on that particular day but on three consecutive days. A waste of time and resources is rampant at these offices. Much improvement is need and atleast have a back up Manuel system when the digital is down....
