The Pamodzi Hotel — Hotel in Lusaka Province

As soon as I arrived in my room I started to book the room at hilton for next night staying. When I come in the gate of the yard the security was sleeping, I come late but that is not excuse When I taken two bag with my luggage try to entry the door, the two securities was chating with each other and lay their back on the customer car, I was literally in front of them moving with my luggage and no one reached out and I have to hold the bag and luggage and open the door by myself, what a professional services. I failed to register a membership online according the code can't send to my phone and I try to use emails , but it will lead me back to phone register again, so I made call to the their official call line and no one answer. When I checking there is a lot of mosquitoes which is rare at a 5 start hotel . 5.when I check in I have mentioned the challenge I face when I register membership to the check in lady she said to me :you should look through the website and go through the pages and fill up the information and she cant register that one for customers becaue it requested information of customers. I don't know is it my English too poor or she can't understand me properly, i told her i have done all that the only problem is recieving the code message to active the account, she said I should keep trying so I told her I tried 1 hour none stop to sending code and I even used my Chinese number my UK number and of course 2 of my Zambian number none is working, and that is the time she said the problem need ro be solved my other team . From my side, it is unprofessional to answer client before you understand what the client saying. And speaking polite is a must for front desk or reception. I asked the front deck can I register a membership physically from the reception instead of online , she gave me two option one is collecting point card the other one is for dining discount card, so I interested at point card because i travel to lusaka a lot then I said I would like ro register point card , and she said I think for you covienience book a hotel you can have a booking card from someone I can't remember name , so I can just book room directly. Well, this is stupid , you client is trying to be loyalty and what to be membership and you think that is no need and I asked twice she didn't give me a direct responding for my request. That is unprofessional. I don't see people are friendly and warming. The room is old and a lot of mosquitoes and one of my glass door to the windows is broken can't locked. And my room is facing street . I know the security is no problem better not , but still uncomfortable. 8.showerhead is dirty 9.the sockets are incovience very much . When I stay on bed I can hear people chating from other room which is no good. When I try to call front desk the call is not answered and the 247 is Noone answer too.
