The bed is very comfortable and obviously results in a good night's sleep. The concierge is very helpful very prompt unlike some places where one has to wait forever for help with luggage. The staff was very warm especially the front office staff. Most of them greet with a very warm welcoming smile but one or two need to brighten their faces a bit more. Smiles are infectious and they say a lot about an organization and its people so give us more of that. I had a few challenges like need for a room change and it was done very smoothly. I also required VAT exclusion from my bill and my letter to that effect was delayed but the front desk staff managed to sort that out smoothly. Generally the stay was enjoyable comfortable and would repeat it any time. On the negative side internet had issues there is a need for improvement in that area. Please update the room service menu book. Sandwich are on the children's menu only. Its bad to order and then the food is delivered at a different price because it has come from the "adult" menu which is not in the service menu. Sometimes house keeping overlooks topping up on the house stuff like water, bath gel tea & coffee etc. The sinks at the gym and the steam room needs more thorough cleaning, there is a foul smell which is a result of lack of this. The meals are excellent, the salads great and the ones from the Italian restaurant are awesome. The room rates are a bit on the high side it might be useful to consider adjusting cooperate rates as they provide significant client inflows.
