š®š¹ Found My Life-Changing Pizza & Pasta in Milan!
What to eat in Milan?! Of course, you canāt miss trying pizza and pasta, right? š I blindly trusted Google Maps ratingsāhigh scores mean something, after allāand discovered two amazing spots! š SavĆ“ Pizzeria Gourmet š Via Gustavo Fara, 10, 20124 Milano MI We all agreed it was delicious! Great ambiance and serviceāperfection all around. Their pizzas are divided into classic and innovative styles (way too many details I couldnāt decipher, so Iāll spare you the guesswork š). ⨠Mortadella: Crispy, warm crust with aromatic spices. The crushed pistachios were a surprising and delightful touch! š (Only 4 slices came, but donāt be fooledāit was super filling. We carb-loaded till we almost passed out!) ⨠KA' LA'BRJA: The crust was perfectly craftedācrispy on the edges, chewy and stretchy inside. I LOVE chewy bread, so this was a win! š„³ Topped with sweet sausage, loads of cheese, salad cream, and a kick of cayenne pepperāabsolutely addictive! š Via Pasteria š Via Cesare da Sesto, 5, 20123 Milano MI A dedicated pasta shop where everyone comes for a bowl of pasta and leaves happy. The vibe: bold yellow theme inside and outāclean, unified, and visually striking. Their online menu is super detailed with videos⦠next level! The enthusiastic manager (owner?) proudly showed us their handmade pasta in all shapes and colorsāopening that fridge was a moment! š š“ Dishes we tried: 1ļøā£ Maccherone Alla Carbonara Con Guanciale Pepato E Stagionato 2ļøā£ Pacchero alla Norma, melanzana viola marinata e la nostra ricotta agrumata dolce I felt like I tasted real authentic pasta here. How do I judge authenticity? Easyāif Iāve never had this flavor back in China, then itās authentic! š (Donāt come for me~) Loved both dishesāeach had its own unique style. Mind-blowing! 𤯠#Foodie #ItalianCuisine #MilanEats #MilanMustTry #HandmadePizza #MilanTravel #ItalianRestaurant #PastaLover #FoodDiary šš®š¹āØ
