🇮🇹 Found the Most Chinese-Friendly Pasta in Italy! 🍝

The most satisfying pasta I’ve had in Milan was actually at a Chinese-owned restaurant! 🎉 Highly recommend the Asparagus & Prawn Pasta – my first time trying wide, flat, handmade noodles… and they were absolutely delicious! One portion is perfect for one person. ⚠️ Note: There’s a €2.50 cover charge per person. 🍝 Asparagus & Prawn Pasta The noodles resemble ho fun but are chewier – even better than traditional round pasta! The cream sauce is rich and clingy… every bite was pure happiness. We originally wanted to wait for all dishes to arrive for a photo, but the staff reminded us to eat it hot before it got sticky. We finished the entire plate before the second dish even came – no regrets! 😋 🦞 Tomato Lobster Pasta Comes with half a lobster! Served with tomato sauce and round pasta. The lobster was springy and tasty, but I still prefer the cream sauce. We ended up mixing the leftover lobster pasta into the cream sauce… and finished every last drop! 🧡 🦐 Grilled Seafood Platter Includes fish and prawns with lemon – decent but not outstanding. Portion is small. Optional order, in my opinion. 🍋 Lemon Yogurt Sorbet The restaurant kindly gifted us a cup of lemon yogurt sorbet – sweet, tangy, and perfect for cleansing the palate after a rich meal! Restaurant: Le Chalet 📍 Location: Via ponte seveso 18, Via Tonale, 6, 20125 Milano MI #UKStudents #Foodie #StudyAbroadLife #PastaLover #ItalianFood #TomatoPasta #FoodRecs #StudentEats #MilanEats 🍴🇮🇹✨
