BAM Square - A Great Place for Spring Outings 🌷🌞
Spring is here! 🌸 Sunny days ☀️ and weekends 🥳—how can we not go out for a stroll? I recently discovered a fantastic spot in Milan perfect for spring outings, sunbathing, picnicking, and exercising! You can get up close and take stunning photos of the magnificent and architecturally impressive BAM Tree Library Milan, right next to the iconic Bosco Verticale. It's truly a beautiful place to explore! 🤩 BAM (Biblioteca degli Alberi Milano) is a large botanical garden designed by the Dutch studio Inside Outside. It boasts hundreds of plant species and over a hundred thousand trees and shrubs! 😯 (I saw a dad teaching his little daughter about the plants using the information signs—it was absolutely adorable! 😊) Here, people can lounge on the grass, have picnics, work out, take photos, and enjoy the scenery. It's officially the No.1 place for spring outings! 🌿🍽️ As an architecture student, I must also promote the Milan Vertical Forest (Bosco Verticale)—it looks amazing on sunny days! 🥳 You can capture it from various angles right in the square. 📷 Additionally, just a short walk away is Piazza Gae Aulenti, the most modern and creative architectural complex in Milan, surrounded by various shops, restaurants, and fountains. On sunny weekends and in the evenings, this square is packed with people! 🌆 The night view is also stunning, but I had other plans in the evening, so I didn't stay to see it this time. I’ll have to go back for the night views! 🌙✨ #Milan #Italy #MyLife #SpringOuting #Picnic #ForestPark #Let’sGoPicnicking #SpringFun #ItalyMilan #PolitecnicoDiMilano #WeekendPlans #Weekend #Spring
