Classic Milanese Flavor Restaurant! Osteria Conchetta 🍝✨

After doing some homework before our trip, we decided to try Osteria Conchetta, a restaurant that boasts classic Milanese flavors, and the experience was fantastic! If you’re a meat lover, you’re in for a treat! 🥩❤️ Eager to try Risotto (Italian risotto—this term I learned from watching "Food Wars"), we chose this restaurant known for its risotto: Osteria Conchetta. Risotto is one of Italy's three representative dishes, alongside pasta and pizza. 🍚🇮🇹 We ordered their signature dishes: breaded cutlet, beef short rib risotto, and the dessert tiramisu (I absolutely love tiramisu!). The risotto was enveloped in a rich, cheesy aroma, with each grain of rice sliding like pearls! 😍✨ However, the core still had a bit of a chewy texture. But it definitely didn’t overpower the dish! The real showstoppers were the cutlet and the beef short rib! To this day, I still can’t figure out how the words were printed on the cutlet! The spices were very prominent! No wonder it’s a signature dish; it truly has something special! 🔥👌 This restaurant has high ratings online and requires reservations in advance. However, when we went, there weren't many people, so I'm not sure about walk-ins.
