Hazama, Recommended by Michelin for Four Consecutive Years 🍱 Located in Porta Genova, it’s a super private Japanese restaurant 🍃 🍤 I checked the website before going and found that the lunch menu is very affordable. Highly recommend everyone to order the 5-course meal. Each dish from start to finish is delicious, and even friends who frequently visit Japan praise it. The raw seafood is a bit average (first photo), so I don’t recommend the 6-course option. 🫘 The chef and the waiter guy are very dedicated. Although the whole restaurant is quiet, they will come to chat with you in the end, haha. btw, the waiter is so handsome, clean-cut, with double eyelids and a high nose bridge, and he speaks multiple languages.
