Milan | Japanese Restaurant Houseki Sushi 🍣

This is a restaurant where the decor doesn't quite match the high-quality ingredients. The interior is very understated. 🕸️ The ingredients are super fresh, and every dish feels like a pleasant surprise! 🌟 I was really looking forward to the foie gras and wagyu beef combo bowl, and it definitely didn't disappoint! But it's quite greasy if you eat too much. One portion is more than enough for five people. 🥩 The牡丹shrimp nigiri and red shrimp are both very sweet and fresh. 🦐 We ordered both the regular and the sea urchin versions of the wagyu beef nigiri. Personally, I prefer the regular one. The sea urchin has a slight fishy taste for me. 🐙 The fatty tuna was a bit of a miss for me. It was too greasy. I still can't get used to fatty tuna. 🐟 At the end of the meal, the owner even gave us a plate of fruit.
