Milan | The Perfect Pasta Recipe for Me 🍝

🍝 Shrimp and Asparagus Cream Pasta This is one of the internet-famous pasta dishes in this restaurant, and there's a reason for its popularity. The slightly wide pasta is cooked just right, coated with a creamy sauce that's full of milky flavor. The shrimp is Q-elastic and firm, while the asparagus is sweet and refreshing. The shrimp, similar to sea shrimp 🦞, is of decent quality. For those who love the creamy, mouth-coating texture, a whole plate won't be too much. I noticed that every table of guests orders it (remember to eat it while it's hot for the best taste). 🍝 Lobster Pasta Compared to the previous dish, the lobster pasta uses the most conventional type of pasta, which is still a bit undercooked. It seems that most pasta in Italy has this issue, and I boldly guess it's to prevent the pasta from clumping too quickly. However, the lobster is quite large, and the meat in the crab claws is also quite full. The lobster pasta is made slowly, so slow that we finished eating and thought we hadn't ordered it, ready to pay and leave. Later, the hostess told us that lobster pasta is often the last dish to be served because its preparation is complex (another new thing I've learned). The taste is a regular tomato sauce base. I'm not sure if it's because of the chef, but I seemed to detect a hint of soy sauce flavor 😂. It still needs to be eaten while hot, or it will taste fishy when cold. 🥗 Octopus Salad Two people who were addicted to Greek octopus continued to order the octopus salad. The octopus is cut into slices, not many in quantity but not thin either, Q-elastic and chewy, paired with a refreshing sauce, which is both greasy and appetizing 🤤. 🍸 Lemon Ice The lemon ice for dessert after the meal is a complimentary treat. In Italy, you must try lemon products. I love it. It's icy and sour, very addictive, and it's a perfect food to relieve greasiness after a meal. Oh, and we also ordered Italian local lemon soda, which is also very good to drink with a strong lemon flavor. Near Milan Central Station The hostess is very generous. She will automatically round down the bill when you pay, and there's a discount for cash payments. When we left, she also gave us a bottle of water each. The price is relatively cost-effective compared to other stores, with large portions and affordable prices. #100ShopExplorationPlan #Italy #Milan #MilanCentralStationFood #ShopExploration #TreasureRestaurantSharing #Pasta #CreamyLobsterPasta #Europe
