Must-Try Italian Restaurant in Milan 🍴
🍾 Belle Donne Bistrot During Easter, my first stop in Italy was Milan! 🌼✨ I highly recommend this gem of an Italian restaurant with a fantastic ambiance and unique, delicious dishes. 🍽️ 🥩 The raw beef is incredibly tender, with no hint of being undercooked! 😋 Thinly sliced, it’s a taste I’ve never experienced before! With sesame seeds, chili, scallions, and olive oil, none of the ingredients are superfluous. I rarely compliment cooking, but this dish is truly exquisite! Anyone who goes to Milan and doesn’t try this will make me sad! 🥹 🍤 The shrimp are also tender, with a slightly raw texture that enhances the overall flavor. Underneath, there’s a variety of blanched vegetables mixed with sauce, making it both delicious and refreshing. 🥗 🍝 The green pistachio pasta has a unique taste, made with pistachio sauce. It’s on the lighter side, which wasn’t quite to my liking, but if you’re adventurous, give it a try! 🌱 🍰 As a dessert enthusiast, I highly recommend this one! I remember that beneath the raspberry, there’s 72% cocoa chocolate. With such high cocoa content, it’s not sweet at all, offering a rich and creamy taste, almost like raw chocolate. Paired with the tangy sweetness of the fruit, this dessert is anything but cloying. The pinnacle of desserts is probably when they’re not sweet, haha! 😄 It’s worth mentioning that the decorative fruit jam and chocolate cream are surprisingly delicious, making this dessert a thoughtful creation! 🥂 #Italy #Milan #Food #HiddenGemRestaurant
