I stumbled upon Sadler, a one-star restaurant with a lunch set menu, and decided to check it out. I've never seen a menu that comforts me so much, with 90% of the dishes piquing my interest. They also offer Milanese specialties like ossobuco and risotto. 🍛 Here's what I ordered (for reference): Grilled Calamari Stuffed with Trevisana Tardiva with crispy polenta, vegetable and shrimp puree 🦑🍤 Ravioli in Three Colors Stuffed with Sea Carbonara with frilled squid and katsuobushi 🍤🍝 Roasted Fisherman's Cut with curly kale, slightly burnt polenta, and dragoncelery foam 🐟🌿 The three-color ravioli was a bit disappointing, but still up to standard.
