The Only Restaurant in Milan I Wholeheartedly Recommend! šŸ½ļø

The restaurant is quite noticeable, but after two visits, both times it was fully booked, so it’s best to make a reservation in advance. We ordered three dishes: 🄩 Appetizer: Beef Tartare As a tartare enthusiast, I was thrilled! The pieces were perfectly sized—big enough to chew but not so large that it becomes unappetizing. It wasn’t too finely chopped, allowing you to appreciate the quality and texture of the beef. Fellow tartare lovers will know exactly what I mean! This tartare has four layers. The first layer is seasoned with a bit of black pepper, letting you enjoy the pure tenderness and flavor of the beef. The second layer mixes in some bone marrow; near the marrow, there's a slight cooked taste with a hint of smokiness. The third layer includes grilled pear, adding a touch of sweetness and freshness. Finally, I mix it with olive oil, which enhances the dish with its unique fragrance and adds extra creaminess! šŸ˜ šŸ Main Course: Seafood Pasta The pasta is wide and circular. The seafood was incredibly fresh and sweet, not overly salty, allowing the natural sweetness of the seafood to shine through. The only downside was that the pasta was a bit firmer than I prefer. I enjoy my pasta slightly undercooked, but this was just a tad too al dente for me. Everything else was delightful! šŸ° Dessert: Tiramisu This was a pleasant surprise! I personally dislike soggy tiramisu. Many people think that’s just how it is, but I disagree. This version kept the cookies crisp by separating them from the sauce, which had a subtle hint of alcohol. Dipping the cookies into the sauce was absolutely delicious! šŸ˜‹ As for the bread, it was good, but we prefer a crusty exterior with a soft inside, ideally served warm. A quick toast would have given it that perfect texture, but it was a bit cool. Overall, the experience was excellent! I finished everything by myself, and I’ve heard their risotto is the best, but I simply couldn’t eat another bite. The prices are reasonable, making it well worth it! #FoodDiaries #MilanFood #Travel #InspirationNotes #HiddenGems #RestaurantReview #ItalianCuisine #MilanRestaurantRecommendation
