When we got there the bar tender had an attitude because my fiancé asked her if she new how to make a drink she had there years ago, then after we ordered which it was 9:30 I asked for a menu and she said that they are no longer taking orders for food they close in 30 mins. Well, after that we go outside and when she comes with that drink my fiance ordered i asked to close the tab because it said open tabs have to pay 20% gratitude and I didn’t like her service, so then she asks me if i was sure I said yes you said you close in 30 mins and she proceeds to say that they will be open longer. For one of the newest additions to Salem’s restaurant & lounge establishments, Rabbit Cellar Lounge is the spot to enjoy and have a stellar time. The food on the menu is delectably delicious, the beverages are made perfect and served up by the amazing staff who’ve mastered that level of customer service where they really set themselves apart from any other place else. If you walk in and don’t know one person - you’ll make some great people and might even make some new friends! You gotta check this place out - it’s spaciously open for large groups and has nooks and private style booths for that one on one date night , a business luncheon or somewhere to bring your crew of buddies to turn up...

It was very noisy, with lots of customers in a small space. Background music just made it worse.Impossible to carry on a conversation with the person across from you. Service was slow, probably due to being understaffed. My partners sandwich was great, my burger, not so much. Nice patty, but not much flavor, and meat was kind of chewy..maybe too lean...,🤔. Lettuce and tomato kept slipping out of the bun. It needed a paper around the bottom to at least partially contain the contents. No napkins on the table, had to get up and get some off the counter.
