I had a highly disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the unprofessional behavior of a waiter named "Albi" (his name, as he wrote on a note specifically encouraging me to provide negative feedback with his name).
When I requested a table for 10-12 people, he rudely insisted on an exact number, saying, "This will be a problem for me; give me an exact number," rather than politely explaining concerns about table availability or offering an alternative solution.
This lack of accommodation continued when it came time to pay, as he flatly refused to split the bill.
I understand that servers are busy with other customers, but if I need to leave earlier than the rest of the group and only have a card to pay, there’s no need to argue about it.
In fact, we chose this place specifically because it accepts card payments, as we weren’t carrying cash.
When I expressed my frustration, saying, "This is bad customer service," his response was, "Then why did you come here?"
Throughout the interaction, he argued over every detail, creating unnecessary tension.
When I asked for his name, he responded sarcastically, "Would you like it in letters as well?" and even encouraged me to include this in my feedback.
I'm genuinely surprised that any employee would invite negative feedback, seemingly unconcerned about the impact on the restaurant's reputation.
This dismissive behavior not only ruined the experience but also reflects poorly on the restaurant itself.
To make matters worse, he went so far as to call me "nasty" in front of the group after I left.
Of course, any customer would react strongly and come across as impolite if they were subjected to this level of disrespect and poor service. I'm not sure if they want me to be nice and say sweet words after what happened...
This is a direct result of his unprofessional behavior, which created an unnecessarily hostile environment.
After all this, he even had the audacity to ask our group to "have respect." I’m not sure how anyone could be expected to maintain respect in the face of such treatment without losing patience entirely.
Everyone in the group, who knew the full story, was in complete agreement with me — it was simply logical given the facts of the situation.
Normally, I have nothing but positive interactions with Waitstaff, always smiling and leaving generous tips to show my appreciation for good service.
If he had approached the situation with a better attitude, he would have received a tip instead of this detailed feedback.
Instead of taking responsibility and creating space for improvement, the restaurant seemed to justify the waiter’s attitude by implying that it’s the customer’s duty to tolerate such behavior.
This approach not only deflects blame but also shows a lack of accountability and commitment to providing a positive dining experience.
What’s even more troubling is that he guilt-tripped another member of our group into posting a positive review with a completely different story, seemingly as an attempt to manipulate the narrative and shift the blame.

When strolling through the card outside of the restaurant three employees were standing outside and watched us, the women came to us and encouraged us to come inside. We definitely looked and behaved like tourists so if the concept of this restaurant is, that the customers will take their menus themselves some should've told us. We were brought to the garden and took place and then for long 15 minutes nothing happened. Don't get me wrong, when the place is crowded and you are understuffed waiting time is no problem at all. But the place wasn't full and there were a bunch of waiters just standing around with apparently nothing to do. In the 15 minutes of waiting two different waiters came in to place people and didn't even look at us. We really didn't felt welcomed at all. Apparently this place just looks fancy without the proper service stuff. As they didn't need our money we went on to a traditional place 10 minutes from there and had a great meal with service stuff that wanted to host us.
