This restaurant is on the third floor overlooking the beach. The food is varied but is heavily dominated by seafood & Italian influenced. They brought out a basket of freshly baked crispy rolls with olives and a dip before I got my food. I ordered the octopus carpaccio which was fresh and the octopus tender but was a little acidic and just missing that little pizazz.. perhaps some chili? They were out of oysters unfortunately as it seemed a very good price for 1kg for 20k lek. I was recommended to have fresh black tagaitelle with avocado and shrimps.. definitely a winner! So much so I had a second roll to mop up the sauce (I rarely eat the bread that comes with meals). My main did come before I was finished my starter but they actually went quite nicely altogether. They gave me a complimentary lemon sorbet after my meal which was a lovely touch. My main waiter was the older guy who was very polite and chatty. He’s also multi lingual as I saw him serving others tables in the customers native tongue! They have a ice box in the middle of the restaurant that contained the fresh fish which the customers can pick from. Unfortunately both my choices for dessert was not available - tiramisu & Irish coffee. The waiter recommended the pastarela but it was pretty disappointing. It tasted of puffs of sweet air, the red coulis which I thought was raspberry would have made the dessert but that too was so bland! I’m not quite sure what it was. The air con was a bit strong, I was a little chilly at times. The prices are pretty decent compared to what you would pay in the hotspots of Europe. My pasta main was 750 lek (approx $10 Australian, half of what you would pay anywhere else). The total was 3150 lek ($40 Australian) for a three course and half bottle of wine. It’s a nice way to spend an evening with nice food and a decent view. Would recommend a visit while...

Read moreNice view of the ocean plus the restaurant looks fancy. We came without reservation but got a table directly with the view to the ocean. On the ceiling they also built mirrors, just perfect for everyone, who wants to take pictures!
Starter : a) Oyster (x5 ~ 1200lek) : really fresh, juicy and taste delicious, like the ocean in your mouth. (Was a lil bit annoying, cause after trying it, had to go to toilet to wash my hand. The kitchen could provide a bowl with hot water for guests, so they could wash fingers and eat directly the next food). b) Shrimp w Ouzo : the creamy sauce was the star! Light consistency, perfect seasoned, not so fatty, slightly taste of Gorgonzola (? i guess) or just some cheese.. Shrimps were really thick, chewy, interesting taste. c) Crab croquet : good taste, sweet chilli sauce didn't go good with it. It made the croquettes taste weird (reduce the deliciousness of it). So we just dipped croquettes in ouzo sauce, after that, it's wayyy better.
Main : a) Black Tagliatelle + shrimp + avocado : totally surprised, really creamy, richness of avocado in sauce. Can't tell, what sauce they cooked. Must try this!!!!!! b) Parpadelle + shrimp + pumpkin : also good dish. But could be more sauce in it, after a while it's just noodles there, cause they sucked all the little sauce. I didn't find so much pumpkin's taste in this.. Vegi on point and not oily at all.
Dessert : Parfait + nuts+ lime (also with beeries sauce) : really nutty, for nut's fan. Beeries sauce was a lil bit sour, but go good w it. Didn't taste so much like lime, mostly nuts.
Price for 2pp (includes...
