Terrible place, Stay clear! We ordered 4 dishes and two side dishes. All of these except one were cold when served. We ordered two steaks where both of them where cold. And also a chicken fillet which was really cold (we were convinced that it was from the day before). The risotto, was a bit warm, but a disgrace in itself, looked like a mix of rice and frozen vegetable mix, blended together, with a clear lack of flavor. Even the fries where bad and one of them were extremely cold like its been standing in the kitchen for hours. To be fair the meat cut was of decent quality and the sauce as well (even though the sauce also was cold).
On top of that the waiter doesn’t know how to serve warm food before attending to other matters like putting knifes of empty plates for costumers awaiting their ordered . While the food is getting cold. But maybe they knew it was already so cold they it didn’t matter
After complaining about all of the above, we were told that we could get dessert.
No chance in the world - would we consume anything at that place
This is probably the worst eating place I’ve been to in the whole world. The lack of professionalism, service and basic restaurant manners and costumes are surprising. The manager doesn’t even take the time to talk with you after complaint but instead sends the untrained waitress. Which is kind of in the middle of it. With out really being the one to blame. It was also my impression that she was used to getting this types of complaints.

It used to be called Fly before which was not great but was okayish. Now it has changed the name to Rooftop XV so we decides to give a chance thinking that things had changed for good. We were a couple trying to have a nice romantic dinner. First we asked for a champagne and the panic was hilarious and sad at the same time. A new restaurant that doesnt have champagne, the best they could offer was some fizzy stuff which we decided to give a try. The hilarious part was finding two champagne glasses to serve us. The bar girl was running up and down with different glasses which werent for champagne but she didnt know. We felt sorry but at the same time it is funny how a restaurant doesnt have glasses to serve to their clients and doesnt train their staff. The other dissapointment was the menu were major part of items were missing and you dont come to durres to try seabass or code. You expect something more special which they didnt have. Their crudo dish was not fresh. Major part of "krudo" was defrosted and it didnt taste as nothing. We had also two main dishes I had a salmon and my partner had a fillet steak which was very weirdly cooked with lots of cinnamon, cheap wine,pear and dry fruit. It was a very weird combination. They offer for free ice-cream which is nice from restaurant. We were waiting for the staff to come and clean up so we could ask for a bill, after 10 minutes no one came so we decided to go to the bar and ask for it cause it was very cold outside.
