Fourth Island — Restaurant in Bashkia Sarandë

Amazing!!! We came to Ksamil “off season” and there was only a few places to choose from for meals. Thankfully Fourth Island was one of them! It has an amazing atmosphere with friendly happy staff. Always up for a chat and asking about our lives back home. Very very quick service. The cocktails were amazing I had the vodka sour passion every time we were in there. We went back 3-4 times for dinner! I believe even 3 days in a row at the beginning! The bolognese was beautiful, there was no thick sauce. It was so so full of flavor, I’ve never eaten anything like it. I’ve even been trying to recreate it at home!! 😆 I love spice so we got the pizza Diavola and the lovely staff were adding tobacco each time to give it an extra kick just for me! No complaints about adapting the food just smiles all round. I even discovered my like for tzatziki here after trying it for the first time because the rest of the food was so promising! Despite not being a takeaway they also kindly packed up our unfinished food for us one night so we could take it back with us!! Would return to Ksamil just for this food...

We found this restaurant at tripadvisor.We were 10 people and we went there 28th of june.Waiter (With blond hair)was no fish no meat,he barely was understanding enlish language and was not competent in his job.We asked for aperol spritz,but everyone of us know what must be in this coctail.He brought only aperol with shweps.Then we have ordered bruschetta,it was impossible to eat,was so hard bread and tomato was rotted.After second complain,we asked for another waiter.There was a nice girl(waiter)who helped us a lot and was successful in her job.We are so thanksfully to you.She opened prosecco and even didnt count it at the bill. Actually the food was so tasty When the bill came,we wanted to give money and tips for that girl.I asked this waiter who observed us where is she,but he told me that she is from other part of restaurant and he was our waiter not her.But all job she has done and thanksfully to her...

I think this is the best Restaurant in Ksamil. Food is excellent, of excellent quality. Prices relative to quantity and quality are excellent too. In the evening it is always full, and sometimes there is a wait. But earlier around 19/19:30 you can safely choose a table. The atmosphere is very nice, the staff too, they are always smiling and friendly, they ask several times if everything is ok with the food (which is quite nice). Personally, I was very fascinated by their Raki, I tried it with honey and cinnamon, also with almond and saffron. Both are unique but I liked the honey and cinnamon one so much I bought a whole bottle (turns out it's their trademark and they have their own brand) you must try it nectar from the gods. This is one of the places I would come back to Ksamil for. The kitchen was with opened view, so u can see all chefs inside, and it was so clean...
