Well deserved 5 stars! Amazing food and very friendly service, we was waiting 20 min for the table as it was extremely busy but was well worth the wait and they had a waiting area where you could have a drink while you waiting. We had a free shots and some fruits on the house in the end which was an amazing touch, despite for women was less alcoholic drink which it doesn't matter and it is about them culture as my fiance is from Albania and I know them culture pretty much. I wanted to add something more about this less alcoholic shots for ladies as I heard from a table opposite that a lady was saying that this is sexist why the women need to have less alcoholic shots. First of all a country will not change their culture only because of that and second you should be appreciate that you are having a free shots on the house after that delicious food and great customer service. That was our 4th visit (this and last year), every single time we had delicious and hot food, all was served on time and the service was extremely nice and polite. Thanks Haxhi and his team Well worth a visit.

We asked the locals here for a Good Fish restaurant and we were send here. This place is hidden. It's not on the beach front, but 2 streets behind. When we entered the place, there was a small waiting line. In9 my own country this wouldn't be a problem and won't take that long. The problem is the personnel are extremely slow in their work. So after waiting for 30 minutes, we finally get a table. Then we needed to wait 5 to 10 more minutes before the waiter came back to five us menu card. Why not give us straight away and take up the drink order. We ordered some starters and a main. The starters arrived after 20 minutes. They recommended some dishes. I have to say that the food didn't tasted as food as we though (hoped) it would be. Small shrimps were used instead of gamba's. With 4 people, more bread could have been given. Then finally our main arrived. We asked where it was and they say it takes 30 minutes to finish the mail. But 1 hour has already passed???? From the 4 dishes that arrived, only 1 was completely finished, the other three were eaten half, because the taste wasn't that great. Total price was 9300 lek, which is about 93 EURO. That's to much for what we got. When we left, we were still hungry. What I liked: - actually nothing What I not liked: - long, long waiting time - Food was not that great - Expensive - Staff is not professional.

Based on the high Google reviews I had been looking very forward to this restaurant! We ordered the fried mixed seafood plate and a Greek salad and unfortunately, the experience left quite a bit lacking: Pros: Water comes with lemon and cucumber, along with a DIY ice bucket which is fantastic in this heat. The grilled vegetables on the side we're cooked wonderfully, not overcooked but still with a deep smokey flavour. The fried squid tentacles turned out beautifully and was a highlight They give complimentary fruit and a shot at the end which was definitely appreciated Cons: The white wine we ordered had been watered down past drinkable and to borderline unrecognizable. When we said something, they acted as if we just didn't like their house white, and only removed it after the manager asked if everything was okay upon presenting our change The shrimp on our platter had a bitter, fishy taste that led to questions about their freshness For some reason, their chef decided to include an entire unripe tomato in the salad, and I've attached a picture for comparison with the ripe pieces. Hopefully this helps other people choose some other seafood restaurants in the city?

Stay away! They charged us $80.00 (8000 Lek)for one fish! I feel like I have been robbed. The highest priced item on the menu is $11 (1100 Lek) for the grilled shrimp. We understood the waiter to tell us the catch of the day was $8-$10 (800-1000 Lek) for the whole fish depending on the weight. Our friend here in Albania told us a normal price for this fish should be 800 lek ($8) and that they stole from us. The worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant anywhere in the world and I’ve been to 23 countries. They charged us 10 times the normal price because we are new in town. Consider yourself warned. Since writing this review, the restaurant waiter/owner has tried to intimidate me on-line and with friends and colleagues. Stay far away from this place. I will post a photo of the 2 pound fish that I was charged $80.00 for. I’ve had the same fish elsewhere in town for $9. Totally ripped me off. Please take a look at this common fish and ask yourself if it is worth $80.00 (8000 Lek)

This is the best restaurant in Saranda you can ever find. Like really, the best. It's a family-run business, we were met very warmly and with care, which is already over expectations. And then, the food was just overwhelmingly delicious. We ordered some starters (definitely try a cheese with a smiley face), fish and chicken soups were also great. From all the main dishes we had all the stars go to the seafood risotto. The best I've ever had. It was so good that it makes me want to get back to Albania and Haxhi just to taste it again. The place itself is decorated with passion, you can spot something special in every single look. All around makes you feel at home and spend a lot of great time inside. There is a WiFi available. You can pay in EUR with a fair exchange rate. Many thanks, we really enjoyed our time! Special thanks to the Chef, the food could not be better. And for the service – you really made us feel as great as possible. Dziękujemy ♥️

The best place to eat in Sarande!! I stayed for three weeks in the city, so I got to try out quite a few places and I couldn't help but always go back here. The food here is the absolute best quality. They always have fresh fish, seafood, and meats and their portions are large. So come hungry and ready to share plates! The value for the quality and freshness of the food is unbeatable. The place is also really cool and there is always a fun crowd of locals and visitors. I had their fresh catch of the day, shrimp, octopus, fish, and rocket salad multiple times and was always happy. My favourite hands down is their seafood mix plate, great to share between two people. You also can have a nice view of the water. The place is run by an entire family, so mum, dad, and siblings so it feels nice to go and support a local restaurant. Highly recommend this place and I wish I could come back whenever I felt like it !
