⭐️ A Hidden Gem in Tirana – Blinis Restaurant ⭐️
If you are in Tirana and looking for a place with amazing food, friendly vibes, and true Albanian hospitality – Blinis Restaurant is the spot you shouldn’t miss!
The owner, Gjovalin, is not only very friendly but also funny and welcoming, making you feel at home right from the first moment. The place is easily accessible for everyone, even for those who may have difficulties moving around, and there’s convenient parking nearby.
The service is excellent and very fast, with staff ready to recommend the best choices from the menu. The portions are large, the quality is top-notch, and everything is made with fresh products. We tried the pork meat in the oven – absolutely fantastic, tender, and full of flavor!
At the end, we were surprised with a homemade Revani dessert on the house, along with wine 🍷 also offered by the restaurant – a true gesture of hospitality. The environment is very nice, with good music, and there are options to sit outside if you smoke 💨 or inside if you don’t.
In terms of value, Blinis is unbeatable: for two persons we paid just 37€, and despite being good eaters with a huge appetite, we simply couldn’t finish everything!
👉 The only small downside: you might have a bit of difficulty spotting the restaurant, as it is located at the back of a complex of buildings. But once you find it, you’ll be glad you did.

Read moreRead moreFood in general pretty good, Fli and mixed salad are very yummy! I didnt enjoy the baked meat much, but depends on taste. The fries the owners made for themselves looked yummy and crispy, the ones we got were soggy and oily. The communication was not easy, as we dont speak Albanian. So we asked if one Portion of pork (baked meat) is enough for 3 and were told: "yes", later we had to pay more, as we got 3 portions (we didnt know)- Far to much for us.. (with the smaller dishes you also need to be careful how many portions you get, but at least you dont need to pay 2400 ALL instead of 800 ALL). Otherwise the Restaurant has a nice flair and the food tastes good, just keep in mind that they adjust the portions to to amount of people on the table, even if you might not know. But maybe thats normal in Albania, we just got suprised and were a...
We were excited to taste some traditional food for our last night in Albania we know about the restaurant customs here and bad wine, and we don't mind. We had the cheese which was announced as 4 pieces cheese with three chutneys in the menue, also with a picture. But on our plate we only got 2pieces of cheese and only one chutney. For bread we had to pay extra and also the portion of Flia and Cornbread we ordered was less than in the pictures used in Google AND shown in the menue. Taste of the food was average and service wasn't that good. Seems like the portions shrinked within two weeks. The owner couldn't answer our questions because he didn't speek english good enough. We couldn't pay with card and the next ATM is far away. I absolutely can't understand why this place has 5.0 recommendations. Seems to be a...
