Ubicado en el interior de un hotel en pleno centro de Tirana, Trattoria Sheqer Pikant es un restaurante moderno y recién inaugurado que sorprende por su ambiente elegante y acogedor. Cuando fuimos, el local estaba bastante tranquilo, lo que hizo que la atención fuera aún más personalizada: el personal fue muy amable, atento y rápido en todo momento.

El salón tiene una decoración contemporánea muy cuidada, con buena iluminación y un ambiente relajante. La carta es variada, aunque curiosamente no incluye pizzas, algo poco habitual en una trattoria. Nosotros pedimos una ensalada César, un plato tradicional con carne y quesos locales, unos macarrones con burrata y un risotto al azafrán con parmesano, y todo estaba delicioso, con una presentación muy cuidada y sabores auténticos.
