La Petite Auberge pizza au feu de bois — Restaurant in Hydra

I'm still trying to process the disappointment I felt after ordering from this restaurant, which promised to deliver a delicious Mexican dish. Unfortunately, their chicken Mayauniase wrap in tortilla was a far cry from the authentic tacos I've had before. In fact, it was one of the worst tacos I've ever had the misfortune of trying.

The first issue was with the tortilla. It was completely undercooked and had a raw, doughy texture that was unpleasant to eat. I was expecting a crispy, flavorful shell that would hold up to the fillings, but instead, it was like eating a piece of uncooked dough.

The chicken filling didn't fare much better. The flavor was a strange blend of spices and seasonings that didn't quite work together. It was like they threw a bunch of random ingredients together and hoped for the best. The chicken itself was overcooked and dry, lacking any real depth of flavor.

As a fan of tacos, I'm familiar with the variety of flavors and ingredients that can be used to create a delicious and authentic dish. Unfortunately, this restaurant's attempt at a Mexican classic fell flat. The combination of undercooked tortilla and unappetizing filling made it hard for me to even finish the meal.

In short, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves tacos. The lack of care and attention to detail in the preparation of their dishes is evident, and it's clear that they're not taking the time to ensure that their customers are getting a high-quality meal.

Nice place with beautiful ambience, did pop up for a pizza as my wife was hungry, she had meat pizza and was full but order aubergine caviar (baba ganouch) had to say. As I testedthe pizza was fabulous cooked to perfection the only nigative think is the hosting a bland girls in the door with a very fake welcoming and arragant smile, at the end went to the till to pay, she was there I ask here to pay when she got time she replay sharply looking in my eyes I will do when I finish ooook like I'm little kid, absolutely disgusting and irritating Will come back for the food surly hope will not...

Good stopover for lunch or dinner with friends. One of these unpretenseous places: like most restaurants not everything in the menu is good but the pizzas on wood fire are great for sharing with a big salade. Side orders are good as well as the camerelized onions.

Prices... yes this is Hydra. And yes, a +1000DA for a pizza. this is dow and tomato that you pay...
