Le Perchoir — Restaurant in Hydra

Until now this is the best restaurant I tried in Algeria. Mr Said was very nice and professional. He offered a highchair for my baby and brought him some banana slices which was nice. I liked the complimentary start with Grilled salad with olive oil and the hot bread. The meal was very delicious and the atmosphere is very nice. There is a floor with a terrace but smoking is allowed in terrace and it can be full so you might consider calling and reserving if you need...

Nous venons tout juste d’arriver à Alger depuis la France, et en quelques jours à peine, nous avons déjà dîné trois fois au Perchoir. C’est une très belle découverte.

La cuisine est excellente, de l’entrée au dessert. Les plats sont variés, parfaitement maîtrisés et généreux. J’ai notamment goûté des pâtes remarquables ainsi qu’une viande au beurre maître d’hôtel absolument fondante, accompagnée d’une sauce roquefort très réussie.

Le cadre est à la hauteur de l’assiette : un restaurant neuf, très propre, joliment décoré, avec une ambiance agréable et une jolie terrasse en hauteur qui offre une belle vue sur la ville.

Enfin, le service est impeccable. Les serveurs sont efficaces, attentionnés et très aimables. On se sent tout de suite bien accueillis et parfaitement pris en charge.
