L'Alternativa — Restaurant in Andorra la Vella

You have to go here! Else you will miss out. I'm very critical about food and never ever have I gone to a restaurant and thought everything coming out of the kitchen was just absolutely perfect. This place deserves a Michelin star! It was fresh, perfectly made, creatively composed, and even 'simple' dishes made so tasty that you could really taste the professionality of the chef. It was a bummer to be full, because I would have loved to taste everything they made. Also very nice athmosphere with the best staff that literally sat down with us to explain the menu (because we didn't speak the language). The chef composed something based on our wishes and we felt like the king and queen eating here. If you suffer from FOMO: go here, it is so worth it! 10...

I loved this place! In Andorra, it’s really hard to find food after 11 p.m., but they not only surprised us by being the only place still serving food — they also impressed us with the flavor and quality. The waiters were very friendly, especially an Argentinian girl who took great care of us. The prices were excellent, and the atmosphere was cozy and beautifully designed. Their empanadas were absolutely delicious — such great cooking! I would recommend it a thousand times over, and every time I come back to Andorra, I’ll definitely return...

Pongo una estrella por poner algo .. nada recomendable Íbamos 2 parejas a picotear algo para cenar, pedimos en un principio la tabla mixta de quesos y embutidos andorranos y unas patatas de moniato. Nos arrepentimos en el momento x cosas que no nos gustaron y al final decidimos tomar solo las patatas e irnos. Nuestra sorpresa que nos trajeran la tabla mixta en vez de la patata , una vez en la mesa decidimos comerla . Bueno ojalá hubiera sido como la foto de otra reseña, os aseguro que no estaría escribiendo esto. Había 4 clases de quesos cortados en trozos de media ración xq a una no llegaban, (un queso brie, uno semi 2 curados de los cuales 1 sabia a rancio) 4 pegotes de medio bocado de, supuestamente butifarra, xq preguntamos al camarero y no supo decir que era .. 4 cortadas de un fiambre relleno y 2 embutidos más... todo en porciones mínimas, ni media cortada... unos higos troceados y 1 cuchara con algo que parecía ser humus, (el camarero tampoco sabia que era) pero vamos estaría en mal estado xq sabía a bilis ... casi vomito... Después de todo, no quisimos tener problemas, decidimos pagar e irnos cuando vamos a pagar en la tabla nos quería cobrar 2.50€ de más . Vamos una poca vergüenza una tabla de unos 25 euros, 4 cervezas y 2 aguas en total más de 40 euros ... Nada...
