Hard Rock Cafe — Restaurant in Aeropuerto Internacional Ezeiza

Whenever I used to see a Hard Rock Cafe I was filled with joy and i always wanted to go in and eat. But since the last few years I have been filled with a growing dissapointment. First they took away the jumbo combo, the quality and the portions have gone down over the years. In this particular HRC i kept ordering refills for my soft drink and to my suprise when i asked for the check i had to pay for each and everyone of them. The waitress told me they didn't have refills there. Whereas that is not the case in every other HRC i have ever been to. WARNING STAFF SCAMS- After all the banks at the airport running out of money with massive lines fortunately my partner found an ATM to get a bit of cash for simcards. Afterwards we went to Hard Rock Cafe assuming they would accept visa. When he went to pay he did in visa and then the waitress told him the restraurant also didn't include a service fee so he would have to pay for it and in cash too (he gave her him remainng cash) Having just landed we had not researched tipping in Argentina, afterwards we found out it isn't customary. Experiencia con mucho para mejorar. Había fila muy larga y muchas mesas vacías adentro; le pregunté a un camarero después de esperar más de una hora y me dijo que tenía que seguir esperando afuera porque no tenían capacidad en cocina. Al entrar me sorprendió la cantidad de mesas vacías adentro, creo que podrían hacer pasar a la gente y hacerle un poco más cómoda la espera, pues no tienen comida pero bebidas sí. Pedimos dos hamburguesas; la clásica y la bacon. La descripción es tremenda, hablan de especias, de salsas de la casa, de carne de calidad y cuando llega, es un pan con una carne hecha carbón (tuvimos que pedir que la cambiaran) y entregan dos hamburguesas idénticas: carne, lechuga, tomate, queso y bacon. Cuando pregunto por el aro de cebolla en una y los hilos de cebolla en la otra, simplemente dicen que no tienen, pero los precios son distintos y para cobrarlas no hicieron ningún cambio. Tal vez la capacidad es reducida porque no hay suficientes camareros, pedimos 4 veces la cuenta porque teníamos que irnos y no fue posible, tuvimos que ir a la caja a pagar. En la caja una hombre que parecía ser el administrador, con mala cara le hablaba a las camareras y les decía que las demás cuentas las tenían que abonar en efectivo. En fin, mala, mala experiencia. Ojalá y hagan algo porque todo esto que pasa no se puede justificar con la llegada de la selección, el que no hagan pasar a la gente no tiene nada que ver con esto, el que sirvan lo que se les antoje, tampoco, que cobren por algo que no...
