Outback Steakhouse Nueva Terminal Ezeiza — Restaurant in Aeropuerto Internacional Ezeiza

Friday, April 12th at 6:30 p.m. we attempted to have dinner at the Outback inside the terminal. My wife and I were returning from our honeymoon and was wanting to have a nice meal before our overnight flight. As it turned out, this was the single most terrible dining experience we've ever had. We still are having troubles figuring out why our waitress was so incredibly rude. The restaurant only had 3 guests . We quietly sat down and when she approached us we could tell there was an attitude for some reason. After ordering one entree that we were going to share and 2 side dishes, our meal seemed to take a little longer than expected but it was a non issue. When we received the food , it was cold which was a suprise. At this point, we had both drank our drinks and she didnt bother asking us for a refill and she hadnt brought out any of the condiments. When we asked her for them she acted like we wanted something special. Upon realizing the food was cold it was also inedible. I feel the sandwich was somehow tampered with to make it taste so bad. I tried the cold french fries and then ultimately denied the entire entree. Our waitress never came and checked if it was ok or not, all she did was give us the bill for 40 dollars and continued with a terrible attitude. We were in dismay at the situation and we could not figure out how we upset her for no apparent reason besides being foreigners as we are from the United States but my wife speaks perfect Spanish as she is originally from Mexico. As we paid and left we told the hostess about our experience and we noticed that this extremely rude waitress was laughing at us and 2 of the other waitresses were laughing with her. It was apparent that whatever foul behavior was going on was intentional and with malice. We had an amazing time in Argentina and this one rude person was the only foul mark on the trip. After we spoke to the hostess and then left to go to our gate, she graciously came and found my wife as she did actually leave her phone in the booth. We are very thankful for her to have gone out of her way and find us to get my wifes phone back. I feel she knew that the waitress treated us terribly . If this review gets any attention by the staff, the waitress we had was a in her mid twenties, very overweight and her ugly attitude matches her overall appearance...

I would not recommend this experience to anyone. My family and I were coming from Patagonia and we stopped at outback ezeiza to lunch. The service at the restaurant was very slow. The employees were completely inattentive. We ordered a fettucine alfredo that came without alfredo sauce. Just a lot of oil. We left our plate almost untouched. The kitchen shuts down just before 1 AM, leaving you to choose from a glass case of sandwiches and salads. I got the Cobb salad. The chicken is not the best, partially sliced (why not cut all the way through?), and you can see the dried, hard bits of chicken in the photo, along with the spoiled pieces of lettuce.
