Havanna — Restaurant in Aeropuerto Internacional Ezeiza

Just had the most awful experience when trying to make a purchase at Havana Ezeiza, close to gate 4.

Arrived at the counter 2 attendants were chatting, BELÉM outside and STEFANIA inside. They didn’t bother with my presence, that’s when I started to stare at them trying to be noticed. Belém says to Stefania: there is a person here. They don’t apologise for leaving me waiting while they were absolutely quiet but apparently busy sharing their personal life details. I got over it cause my family was craving an alfajor. Tried to say hi and Stefania says to Belém: I thought she had been served already.

They were so focused on that not working related chat that they didn’t see me coming!!

I can’t speak Spanish very well and that’s the reason, trying to be polite and facilitate communication I asked Stefania in Portuguese: Do you rather me to speak Portuguese or English. That’s when Belem and Stefania laughed and said on a chorus: NADA (NOTHING).

I turned my back and left. They didn’t even try to kee the customer, apologise or make up for being rude to a customers.

Never been so disrespected in a venue. These 2 employees provide very poor customer service and I no reason should deal with public. HAVANA IS NOT...

Horrible customer service. including bad manners and generally horrible suited for the level one might expect at a prestigious international airport. Sad. half or more of the items offered werent afvertised. menu wasn't available. had a hard time to get an error on waiters side fixed and she tried to make me gullible for it. Horrible!! This brand used to be way better than this. wouldn't recommend anyone, local or tourist...

Do NOT buy your boxes of alfajores here. We bought a box of the new 70% Cacao version, and found upon coming home that there were only 7 instead of 9 biscuits inside the box, which was properly sealed when we bought it.
