One of the worst places in my life. Waiters don’t pay any attention to empty glasses, you have to fill them up for yourself or literally ask for it. The manager did not allow us to put another chair so that we had a place for our bags, but did not say a word when the other company did exactly the same. Our waiter after taking out plates put the cutlery on the table. Tartar is not an actual tartar but rather a frivolous interpretation in form of a snack. And the cherry on the cake - the guy behind the bar touches food with bare hands, without gloves. We even saw him eating it after weighing, just did not catch it on camera. 😟🤮🤮🤮

This place is just as bad as good is...

No words to describe the food, ambiance and service experience. Easy, one of the best places to eat in Buenos Aires. What really shines is the quality and variety of own made products, especially (but not limited to) charcuterie. They raised their own pigs (Duboc), feed them with bellotas. The “spalla” is cosmic. The “salami diablo” is powerful. The “nduja” is an excellent experiment. I suggested them not to add comino to it because imho It does not need it. But i am obviously biased (tried nduja from Spilinga last summer). Wine list is outstanding and service is both attentive and warm. A true gem!...
