The worst meal I have had in 15 years of coming to buenos aires

Ordered the chicken grille expecting a nice piece of grilled chicken with a salad.

Instead what arrived looked like it was put together like a 12 year old child on their first day of cooking school.

A pile of chopped tomatoes lumped on one side of the plate, a separate pile of chopped lettuce one the other side with no salad dressing. So yeah that's no how you make a salad. That's what 2 of the ingredients look like BEFORE you make the salad.

On the side of that was a disgusting hardly edible small piece of chicken gristle and bone that I mostly had to spit out because so much of it was not even chicken meat.

Who do they have buying and chosing their cuts of meat because this looked like it was scraped off the butcher's floor?

Tried to fill myself up by eating some bread but after my "meal" I was so hungry I had to go somewhere else for pizza.

Service was also slow and bad. More than 20 mins to take the order and best part of half an hour more for the "meal" to arrive and they were not even busy.

And the cost? 11,500 pesos including a tiny glass of beer....

The food is excellent. The service as well. But this place says it’s accessible but it’s not. I use a walker to get around so I can not do stairs. I asked before coming in if they had an accessible washroom and they said yes we also have an elevator. So we decided to go in. At the end of the meal as I asked to use the restroom the took me to the stairs and they had a lift … not an elevator… that they didn’t know how to use, and it took for ever to take me up the long set of stairs. And as I make it to the top the restroom has 3 steps to get in!!! No ramp and no accessible toilet. Thank God my daughter was there to help me. For lying I give...

Fuimos a almorzar con mi familia hoy sábado a las 15 y monedas. A primeras impresiones un lugar con una buena cantidad de gente por lo que se da a entender que la atención va a ser buena. Pero no, una completa desilusión. Primero, llegas y nos sentamos en una mesa cerca de uno de los ventanales, sucia, tardaron unos 5 minutos en limpiarla. Hasta ahí todo bien, llego el momento de pedir las bebidas, se las pedimos a una chica joven que parecía apurada, sin ganas de atender. Esperamos unos 5 minutos y la mesa seguía igual, sin las bebidas. Vino otra chica a preguntarnos lo que íbamos a tomar y se lo dijimos junto a la comida, que ya lo teníamos decidido hace aproximadamente 10 minutos o más. 5 minutos más tarde seguían sin venir las bebidas, llamamos a un encargado y le dijimos que habíamos pedido y no venia nada. Después de una larga espera, vino la panera, pero sin las bebidas. Finalmente llegaron, con la idea de irnos a otro lado pero nos decidimos quedar y esperar a que la comida sea aceptable. Después de un rato vino la comida, todo bien, yo pedí una hamburguesa "epica", 2 carnes, bacon, cebolla caramelizada y cheddar junto a otro queso más. Nada mal, viniendo de un restaurante donde su comida principal no son las hamburguesas, pero el cheddar una goma, incomible, se te pega a los labios y es un chicle que lo unico que hace es molestar. Por ultimo la cuenta, como era de esperar, tardo, unos 10 minutos, podridos de esperar, vino la chica, nos la dio y nos fuimos.
