I ordered a flank steak, a salad, and a Patagonia beer. The food looks very tasty, however there were a few things about how it was prepared that put me off. I expected a lean cut, and got quite a bit of fat. I do not speak Spanish so of course part of this is on me, however I was with a friend who did, and our server did not ask how I wanted my steak cooked. It came out medium rare, which is fine, however it was very tough and chewy, not tender and savory. I added salts because the primary flavor was fat and oil, and I thought that there should be a better mix. The spicy chimichurri as red was delicious, however I got mixed up because they bring out something green that looks a lot like chimichurri, but has little flavor. Probinsa
The beer was good, the empanadas were delicious, the pasta didn't have very much tomato flavor according to my friend, and the salad was simply lettuce topped with tomatoes and onions with the expectation that oil and a balsamic vinegar would be sufficient as a dressing.
Our server did not ask when our food was delivered how everything was after we had a few bites, so we didn't have a chance to deliver this feedback in person. My friend also tells me that if you want the check, you need to explicitly ask for it because them coming back and asking you whether or not you want things is for some reason considered rude.
All in all not terrible, but not the five star experience I...

My daughter and I selected the grilled chicken (one of the specials), my other 2 wanted burgers, and my husband ordered the full order of Skirt steak (entraña) and a side of mashed potatoes. Everything was delicious, the burgers were huge, the chicken cooked perfectly and moist, and the steak was perfect. They do charge a table service per person and this seems to be a common thing in restaurants in Buenos Aires. The specials included a drink and a coffee and the price was about $7 dollars for this plate. Burgers about the same price and the steak a little more....
Read moreUnfortunately, we were quite disappointed with our experience. We had dinner and the service wasn’t great.
We speak very little Spanish and generally we’re able to get by, but our server had very little interest in helping us and abandoned us to another server who was much friendlier.
We ordered the rib eye special and the steak was pedestrian at best. It was the most money we’ve spent on an entree while we’ve been in Buenos Aires and it was not money well spent.
About the only positive thing was the wine. The house wine was OK and a healthy pour.
If you’re reading this review, I would recommend passing on this place as there are so many other restaurants...
