Central Pan — Restaurant in Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

The bakery has a really good pastry, which has the price-quality balance. Awesome apple pastry and the bread, at least you should visit this place for them. But the dishes are really bad. Milanesas are too cold and hard, the breading is thicker than the meat itself. For the breakfast I ordered an avocado toast with a poached egg, and it was terrible. The toast was too soggy, and the egg was hard boiled, it was not a poached egg at all.

So overall I would recommend this place if you like a good pastry, but not for lunch...

Bread and pastries are decent and service is good, but they are getting 4 stars because the 2 dishes I ordered, as pictured, I didn't want to eat. Literally the ravioli is the worst I've ever had, and I've been to 40 countries and I'm 43 years old. I couldn't even taste the cheese in the raviolis. Why bother eating any of it?

Vengo a dejar una crítica constructiva.

1. las mesas de pb, están muy juntas. Sumenle el sonido ambiente de la calle al estar ubicado en una zona frecuentada, más la docena de empleados que tienen, que se nota que no hay un control y andan distraídos, a las carcajadas, levantan el tono entre ellos. 1 va a consumir un café para estar en un espacio tranquilo.
2. he ido en varias ocasiones y soy una persona observadora. Nunca falta la empleada que está sin hacer nada cuando hay demanda para atender al cliente. Será un requisito en todos los locales de la gastronomía?...
3. hay una cajera (rubia) que lamentablemente, me toca con ella casi siemp al recibirme y, te atiende apurada. No apuro a nadie y menos entonces me gusta que me apuren. Ni siquiera era porque estaban por cerrar. Si te acercas, te ignora. Compite a ver cuál cajera atiende primero. Y le preguntas algo, contesta no muy agradablemente. Porque molesta la consulta, para que estás sino... ?
4. muy desorganizado. Algún letrero notorio y no esos chiquitos que no se ven, o recepcionista, que guíe a la gente. Tienen un salón arriba pero nunca están los mozos atentos. Un mozo más, haría falta.
