The employees of this bar are clearly not familiar with the concepts of sanitary hygiene, fire safety and respectful treatment of guests. There are times when a bar may not meet one of the criteria, but it takes talent to put all three together.

For me it remains incomprehensible how such a place can even exist? Why hasn't it been shut down yet?

Lack of hygiene leads to parasites traveling around the bar and making themselves at home. Don't be surprised if you suddenly get something crunchy on your teeth. The staff treats visitors like garbage, arbitrarily at any moment you can be deprived of a table.

No one even responds to the reviews - that's an indicator that they don't care about anything.

This place is designed for casual passersby who will come in once and never come back. Hence the attitude.

And God forbid something catches fire in the bar, there will be no chance of getting out.

I felt like I was at a very pretentious club in West London with a mixture of posh rich clientele and a bus of older tourists (we got there just after their bus arrived and had to wait outside for them all to filter in). After trying to work out what the stone faced doorman needed for us to be let in we went inside and found a small table at the back - there didn't seem to be table service so my boyfriend went up to the bar. I was then approached by a member of staff that told me bluntly she needed the table, not even an apology or that she would try to seat me elsewhere. So, back standing at the bar and we were finally served, we stood there a while drinking our cocktails while the people from the bus kept bumping into us. Reservé con suficiente antelación a traves de su sistema y estaba en lista de espera. A los días me confirman que mi reserva estaba confirmada y que me esperaban el día miércoles a las 20:30. Llegué al lugar con la expectativa de vivir la experiencia del acceso misterioso, la clave y disfrutar el servicio por sus recomendaciones. Imagino que no tuve suerte y ese día pasaron cosas pero llegué a la puerta junto con otras personas y la recepcionista nos reunió a todos de forma muy acelerada, le dije que tenía reserva pero no hubo ninguna distinción y nos pidió que la acompañaramos de forma rapida hacia al fondo. No nos presentó el lugar, no tuvimos la experiencia del acceso ni necesidad de decir ninguna palabra secreta. Simplemente pulso un boton, una puerta se abrió y pasamos todos. Dentro se topó con otra persona que con mucha falta de delicadeza, atención y servicio mandó a todos a la barra menos a nosotros, que nos envió a unos sillones. Previo a este acomodo, le explico que tenía reserva y me respondió literalmente: "Yyyy??", quedo sorprendida ante su actitud y rostro cuando me lo dijo y le comento que la recepcionista previamente me dijo que nos iba a llevar a una mesa en el primer piso. Me responde con la misma soberbia y cara de asco: "quieren ir a comer arriba?". Le dije que quería sentarme donde correspondiera segun mi reserva y me hace seña que en los sillones. Nos quedamos atónitos con mi pareja porque jamás me habían maltratado en un lugar por preguntar por la mesa y mucho menos sentir que lo molesto a este joven señor.
