Came here to study for a couple of hours as the ambiance is nice and the place is generally empty. We asked the staff, nicely, to turn the music down as it was very loud and we were the only people there. The staff were extremely rude to us, and told us that the cafe "is not a library" (no other cafe in BA has had a problem with us studying there), so we would have to put up with the music. When you turned up the music, we were in the cafe for 20 minutes. Then you tunred off the wifi so we leave for sure while I...
