The facilities are fine, the apartment is comfortable, although the door to my bathroom was broken. I believe the location is the best part. However, I was very disappointed with them. I wrote to ask for help because I had an urgent family situation and it was likely that I wouldn’t be able to travel. My father was hospitalized in critical condition, and he eventually passed away. I was able to travel to visit my brother, but they were unyielding, telling me there would be no refund. They showed no empathy and were inhumane. In the end, I was able to use the facilities, but I would never stay in a place where being good human beings is not a priority, and all they care...

Management is terrible. Maria is NIGHTMARE!!! Their machine dosent work and has a hard time processing cards unless you physically insert it.

While I’m sleeping undressed and sick in a foreign country (which she knew I was sick and sleeping ) told me to come downstairs and pay and would not leave until I got up mind you Im sick and have been there for 3 weeks with no payment issues !!

She also had a guy there with her trying to intimidate me outside my door. If you are someone look for a peaceful experience and over pay for good service. Go...

Un desastre !!!!!! Llegamos al departamento que es muy lindo, las instalaciones nuevas. Nos encontramos que a la noche iban a festejar algo en la zona común (patio -parrillero) empezó a llegar mucha gente y la musica estaba como si fuera un boliche, todo el mundo gritaba a pesar de que salimos 2 veces al balcón a pedir que por favor hagan silencio.Nosotras fuimos a relajarnos y disfrutar de la ciudad . A las 2:30 am le mando un video (que ni siquiera se escucha realmente el quilombo que habia) a una de las encargadas con la que me comunicaba por whats app. A las 3 am seguia el quilombo y no me daban una solucion . Casi a las 4 am y despues de ver que no iba a terminar mi amiga se fue a dormir a otro lugar pq al dia sigueinte tenia que trabajar. Una verguenza la verdad cuando el horario para usar los espacios comunes no creo que sea hasta esa hora. A todo esto le escribo a la chica al dia siguiente contandole mi enojo y me dice que no puede hacer nada pq es un edificio que no es de ellos, a lo que yo solicito el reembolso de la noche porque me corresponde ya que NO PUDISMOS DORMIR !!!!! Me dice que habla con los superiores y HOY 16 DIAS DESPUES SIGO SIN UNA RESPUESTA . El jueves le paso mi numero telefónico a UN JEFE OPERATIVO que claramente nunca me llamo. NO RECOMINEDO ESTE LUGAR SI LO QUE QUERES...
