We went in for a couple of cocktails. No issues, absolutely fine, staff were nice. Our visit was on Sunday, 28 September 2025. What was really egregious was when we bought two t-shirts from their Hard Rock Shop, we asked if there were any multibuy offers and one of the female assistants was going to tell us something and her colleague signalled for her to be quiet. We went back the next day (Monday, 29 September 2025) to try and exchange the items because we'd changed our mind on the t-shirts we'd picked and was also told they had a "buy 4 for 3" offer on (which conveniently only started that day and not the day before), we asked if we could get a refund and then buy them again with two more t-shirts and was quickly told no, they don't do refunds. It had been less than 24 hours and we had the receipt and t-shirts with tags on. We realised that one of the girls on Sunday was trying to tell us that if we came back on Monday we could get a better deal but the other one stopped her (probably because we were English as if we were fluent Spanish speakers, we would have been told). They lost the sale of an additional t-shirt because of their stupid returns policy and stubbornness, so this was enraging and is what brought the rating down was their poor customer service and dismissive attitude to trying to help us out. We were tourists willing to spend money and buy some as gifts. Be careful when you go here as the staff are deceptive and unhelpful. We have complained to Hard...

We ordered the ribs, which unfortunately didn’t meet our expectations. In contrast to other cafes within this chain, these ribs were undersized and lacked the expected flavors. There was a concerning scarcity of meat, yet an overabundance of fat, which didn’t align with the anticipated dish described on the menu. The waiter politely inquired if everything was satisfactory, to which I expressed my disappointment with the dish, mentioning that it fell short in terms of taste and portion size. Having visited the same chain in Chile just three days prior, I encountered a considerably higher standard for ribs, rendering the experience here quite contrasting. Following my feedback, the waiter acknowledged it and moved on, which might indicate it’s a norm in this establishment. The service was somewhat lacking; at times, the staff seemed to overlook the presence of patrons, despite the restaurant being relatively empty, with only four occupied tables. However, the cocktails were commendable, impressing us with the bartender’s skills. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi wasn’t functional. On a positive note, the restrooms were clean and...
Read moreI've been traveling to Hard Rock Cafes for decades. Each new country, I stop by, grab dinner, and buy a magnet, a hat, and a hurricane glass. While in B.A., I walked the 2km from my hotel to the Hard Rock Rock Shop for my usual. I grabbed a magnet and hat and had the cashier ring me up. $90 USD for the two. Thinking the employee there was making a mistake, I left and went to the Hard Rock Cafe the following day. Same thing. $50 USD for a magnet, $40 for a hat. When I emailed corporate, BA HR responded back that it was because of inflation and import fees. 500% markup from suggested retail for that? No. That's just price gouging. Two days later I went to the Hard Rock in Montevideo, Uruguay, about 150 miles away. The magnet there? $13 USD. The inflation rate in Argentina is bad, but 200% bad, not 500%. Don't gouge your customers, Hard Rock. You not only lost a souvenir sale, you lost a party of 6 dinner and drinks sale...
