The whole team of NH Jousten is really professional and provided an excellent service to our delegation. In particular, I would like to mention the great service and attention to detail of the reception manager Mr. Daniel Mangini who went beyond his duties to make sure that we feel comfortable and who secured last minute reservation for our VIP guests. It is worth mentioning that the overall services provided by the hotel were exceptional and we could not have been happier with the choice we made during our stay in Buenos Aires. We were on a business trip for a week and were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and the high quality of the services provided at a very reasonable price. The reception team was really friendly and always helped us regarding different requests, the breakfast service was really rich and always had plenty of health options such as fresh squeezed juices, smoothies and fruits; the room services were provided in a timely manner, and the hotel properties were always clean. The hotel also boosts with perfect location in the center for a very reasonable price. As a professional in the Tourism industry, I would like to highlight that it is always the people who take the hospitality to the next level. In the case of NH Jousten, I believe that it is exactly the case- from the cleaning personal to the managerial level they have all made a great impression to us and made us feel at home. We highly recommend the hotel and hope to come back soon. Elena Cholakova , World Tourism...
Read moreVery disappointing based on reviews. The entrance of this hotel is one story up from ground level however, there is NO ONE to help you with your suitcases— NO BELLHOPS! We are an elderly couple and it was a struggle for us to get our luggage up one flight of stairs— basically dragging them up the steps. There was no center handrail, just ones on the outer edges.|Supposedly, there is coffee and a coffee-maker in your room, but coffee - 2 Nespresso capsules- is only provided for the first night of your stay. If you want more Nespresso capsules you have to buy them. I would have thought that every day the coffee capsules would have been replaced — through CapitalOne Travel we paid $ US 100/night, so I would expect that our room would be supplied the same every day. Air-conditioning is sketchy. Does not work like US air conditioning, where we normally have a +/- 2% degree range with our settings. If you set this at 76° for example, the air conditioning will turn on and off constantly to maintain that setting the first night. It kept us awake. As to the location, it is in the financial district, which I thought would be lively, but, at the end of the workday, it’s like the carpets roll up andand many of the restaurants shut down after...
Read moreWe stayed twice (2 times at different dates) at Jousten NH Collection as iPrefer members. IPrefer membership brought us good benefits at the hotel that we loved these priviligies. Checkout time was late or early check in that perfect for us. Pros: Location, Friendly superb front desk reps Patrico & Maciala, Valentina hospitality servant at breakfast room, Quant lovely hotel, breakfast with good selection for healthy lifestyle, but quite elegantly presented, with generous hours, personalized care and attention to each guest. Cons: Breakfast Waiters could ignore you or to be mean with you based on their prejudgment if they do not like your appearance or your approach even you do not know. We had a hard time to ask waiters to clean up or take out dirty served plates on our table even we had a hard time to order for omlette during 2nd stay. On 1st stay breakfast waters were different and they were sweet. So breakfast offers bitter and sweet experience with mixed vibes. One problem is with breakfast room...
