It doesn't get any worse! Have you ever tasted pasta all'amatriciana, not exactly "al dente", but raw, raw spaghetti - "crudo", with pieces of tomato not integrated into the sauce and without a hint of pancetta, i.e. from the word "absolutely" - the presence of pancheta was not detected? You can try it when you come to this place! Although, if you are not happy with this dish, the staff will quickly replace this pasta for you with another option, in which the old spaghetti will be cooked as a result, without salt, and with the same strange and inedible sauce! It was unforgettable! Ravioli with "aniello"... what can I say, go to the supermarket and buy it yourself and cook it many times better! If a restaurant is not able to prepare an elementary classic pasta, then the assessment of the work of the institution will, of course, be as low as possible! What a pity that the approach to preparing such fine Italian dishes is so hopelessly sloppy! issue price about 15,000 pesos.... We do...

Although advertised as an Italian restaurant, La Baita unfortunately does not have anything Italian. We ordered a mozzarella in carrozza which was fried day old bread with cheese, arancini which were just rice with no stuffing, spaghetti cacio e pepe which were buttered noodles with melted cheese and saltimbocca alla romana which were drowning in a sauce that has nothing to do with the dish. I was excited to eat here, being Italian and seeing the name of the same dishes I grew up with, and I came out of the experience extremely disappointed. When I mentioned to the staff that the dishes were not good, they brushed off my comment. With some many great Italian place in Buenos Aires,...

Italian restaurant in Palermo. Very quiet for a weekday lunch. The place is nice, with a pleasant ambientation. Food was good, although my spaghetti alla carbonara was a bit undercooked (some spaghettis were stuck together), and extremely salty. Service was friendly, but they took too long to bring the bread to the table (which they promote on the menu and usually should be there quite quickly). Not a bad option at all, since there aren't too many Italian restaurants in Palermo.

Amazing quiet Italian atmosphere, excellent friendly service. Food.... Eat at home.... Got some ravioli (10) (supposedly filled with goat cheese and ricotta...missed both of them, a tiny layer of filling with no taste at all). Tomato sauce was good though almost absent. My wife ordered spaghetti carbonara. The sauce was standard but the spaghetti was one step previous to "Al dente". Definitely super expensive for what we received

We had a relatively enjoyable experience at this restaurant. The staff was friendly and nice, though overall the service was a little bit slower than we would expect. The food was nice but could be improved with a bit more flavour. The pasta sauces and tomatoes did not have much flavour, but all was well cooked. With a little bit more refinement in flavour, this would be an excellent restaurant.
